Cave Geisse Extra Brut 2016
A Traditional Method sparkler, made from 50% Chardonnay and 50% Pinot Noir. Aged a minimum of 30 months on the lees.
Mid-straw yellow in colour, and fresh on the nose. Showing strong autolytic character (toasty, bready, buttery). Peaches and apricot on the palate, alongside citrus lemon flavour. Rich and higher in acidity. Small and persistent bubbles, with a long finish.
